She gave us advice willingly before we were committed to using her as our realtor and continued to search for all the information she could provide on the homes we were considering. When we did get an offer accepted we experienced challenging negotiations. Vivian guided us through the negotiations with poise and persistence while advocating for our requests. She even occupied our baby during the final closing so that we could properly listen to all the information the attorney was telling us about the forms we were signing!
